How this system works.

1. Pre-made bags are loaded onto the Doypack machine in preparation for filling
2. Product is loaded onto the 120 litre hopper with optional micro debris & particle remover
3. Product gets delivered up to the weighing equipment
4. Using a combination of 10 mini-scales, it will accurately drop the desired weight of the product down to the filling equipment
5. The filling equipment will open pre-made bags ready for filling
6. Once filling is completed, sealing jaws will seal the opening
7. Optional date coding is available at this stage
8. Packaged product will be removed from the system using a out conveyor.
